The author

I was born on February 28, 1963 in Slovenia. I live in a beautiful European country called Slovenia. It is the only country in the world that has the word LOVE in its name.  I spent my childhood and teenage years in the loving environment of my family and finished my studies with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Life led me to a marriage from which two beautiful children were born. When I experienced my first difficult health situation, I began to explore the areas of emotions, spirituality, nutrition and various other practices which, through my own experiences, led me to the insights described in the book “Start Making Changes Now”. I got out of my problems by making changes in my life. In the book I describe in a vivid way the problems I faced, presents my view on the possible causes and shows how I got out of them. According to my understanding, intention, changes, awareness, love, and compassion are key factors that need to be included in our lives. With the book "Start Making Changes Now" I want to share my experience with you.
